My family and I stayed here after my mom got sick the day we were supposed to leave the area. The check in lady was very nice and our room was very clean. The leather seat from the chair was cracking and did track the material all over the room and in the bed. The pool was decently warm and the hot tub was excellent. Breakfast was decent, but not very warm. We went about midway through the allotted time. All in all, I would definitely book again.

Overall a great stay. You could not hear people walking around the halls. The staff was very attentive and friendly. If I ever visit the area again this is where we are staying. Keep up the amazing work

We normally stay at Wilderness when we visit the Dells but this trip was last minute and wilderness was full. My wife was skeptical about staying here and did they ever make her feel guilty for it. Very up-to-date with usb plug ins everywhere, no problem wifi, nice bathroom, with good water, comfortable beds and windows, ac worked great, pool, hot tub and sauna were all in good order, breakfast was as good as a continental breakfast should be, but the maintenance of it was excellent, there were baseball teams and families packed in there and nothing ran out before being quickly replenished, management was very accommodating, I would definitely stay here again.

Do not stay here!!! It is full of mold and mildew to the point we all felt sick and checked out. I will say The front desk staff were polite but the place is nasty.

Very nice room. Pool and hot tub was nice. The breakfast was nice and staff kept it well served. Thanks for the night. We will stay again.

It was a good stay, I wish we could have used the pool as I hoped, but business got in the way. THE POOL WATER WAS WARM & it was SUPER HOT... so I did not want ro take a bath... so maybe next time... Breakfast was good as well.. My daughter loved the waffles.. We will be back and take advantage next time. THANK-YOU VERY MUCH

I stayed here on a business trip and had a great experience. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again for my next trip to the area.

Very comfortable bed. Slept great! Quick easy check in. ( I had no room reserved) got the much needed rest to continue across country. Good hot breakfast. Thanks to the staff!
